	This simple form will allow us to get a general idea of what you would like your custom jewelry piece to consist of, as well as your contact information. None of your private information will be shared with a third party.
	We will then contact you via phone or e-mail (depending on your preferences).
	Be sure to prepare any photos or sketches you have made! We will then work as a team to get a better idea of what qualities are important to your custom jewelry. We will discuss gemstones, materials and a budget to work with.
	We work together to come up with the look and feel for the jewelry piece.
	You will work with Terry or Carol to create a realistic image of your jewelry piece. Our Their goal is to help you imagine your piece exactly as it will be crafted!
	Final steps completed!
	The custom jewelry piece is gift boxed and shipped to its fortunate owner.
